On September 21, 2004, j2 Global Communications, Inc. and Advanta Corp. issued a press release announcing that they had entered into a marketing alliance to offer a special six-month discount on j2 Global’s premium fax-to-email service, eFax Plus®, to Advanta Bank Corp.’s small-business customers. The press release is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
