(b) Engagement of new independent registered public accounting firm.
On September 10, 2015, Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. (the “Company”), approved the engagement of PLS CPA, A PC (“PLS”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm beginning with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. The engagement of PLS has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on September, 10 2015.
