Clayton M. Jones has been elected to the Deere & Company board of directors effective August 28, 2007. Mr. Jones is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Rockwell Collins. Mr. Jones will join the Board’s Compensation Committee and Pension Plan Oversight Committee.
