Appointment of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer

 

Portugal Telecom, SGPS S.A. announces the appointment of Zeinal Bava as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Luís Pacheco de Melo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), for the 2012/2014 term of office, at the meeting of the Board of Directors, held today following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and also the appointment of the Executive Committee.
