As previously announced, Boston Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) will host and webcast an Investor Day business review meeting for the investment community on Friday, May 1, 2015.  The meeting and webcast are scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. ET. Mike Mahoney, president and chief executive officer, will host the meeting, which will include presentations by members of senior management.  A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed during the presentations, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. These slides and the live audio webcast of the presentation can be accessed on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website.
