On August 17, 2015, Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed James B. Jones, MD, as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the Company. Dr. Jones replaces Gary Patou, MD, as Chief Medical Officer of the Company effective August 17, 2015. Dr. Patou will remain with the Company as a clinical consultant.
