On January 18, 2008, Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007.

On January 18, 2008, the Company also announced in its press release that there are 260,678 shares of its common stock remaining to be repurchased to complete the repurchase plan announced by the Company on August 20, 2007.
