Item 8.01 Other Events

          On November 3, 2011, Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the, “Company”), the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, announced that the Company has completed its fifth stock repurchase program which was announced on November 19, 2010. The Company acquired 303,004 shares, or approximately 5% of the Company’s then outstanding common stock, at an average purchase price of approximately $13.84 per share. On September 30, 2011, the Company announced the adoption of its sixth repurchase program to acquire up to 287,000 shares of its outstanding common stock. The press release announcing the completion of the Company’s fifth stock repurchase program is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
