Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On December 17, 2004, CSG announced that Mike Scott has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Development, Delivery and Operations for the Broadband Services Division. With his promotion, Mr. Scott adds systems development and the statement processing centers to his areas of responsibilities. A copy of CSG’s press release regarding Mr. Scott’s promotion is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
