Nomura to Delist Shares from Euronext Amsterdam and EDRs from Luxembourg Stock Exchange
Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it plans to delist its shares from Euronext Amsterdam and its European depository receipts (EDRs) from Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
These shares have not been traded recently at the exchanges and as such it is no longer justifiable for Nomura to maintain the listing.
Nomuras common stock will remain listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Osaka Stock Exchange, Nagoya Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange. In the US, Nomuras ADRs will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Nomura believes that the delistings will have only a negligible impact on shareholders and investors.
