On February 26, 2009, Continental Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing its 2009 financial and operational results, year-end reserves, 2009 capital expenditures budget, and 2009 financial guidance. A copy of the press release is being furnished as an exhibit to this report on Form 8-K.
