(1) | (1) On November 12, 2007, the charitable remainder trust benefiting the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, to which the reporting person and his wife contributed 55,000 shares of LOOP common stock on October 29, 2007, and of which the reporting person and his wife are income beneficiaries, sold 20,100 shares of LOOP common stock. The reporting person did not have, and does not have, disposition discretion for shares sold by this trust. The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University is the trustee of this trust, and has disposition discretion as to the common stock held by the trust. The reporting person continues to report indirect beneficial ownership of all of the LOOP common stock held by the trust, but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his wife's pecuniary interest therein. |
