Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 29, 2007, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (the "Company") announced the promotion of Tom Burlin, previously Chief Operating Officer – Government Solutions Group, to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr. Burlin, age 49, previously served as Executive Vice President and Group President of ACS Government Solutions from June 2005 to December 2006 and as Chief Operating Officer – Government Solutions Group since December 2006. From July 1979 to May 2005, Mr. Burlin was employed by International Business Machines Corporation, most recently as their General Manager and Partner – US Federal and Global Government.

In connection with the promotion of Mr. Burlin, the Company issued a press release on May 29, 2007, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
