Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 12, 2014, the Tennessee Valley Authority (“TVA”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting that on December 9, 2014, Ms. Virginia Lodge and Mr. Ronald Walter had been confirmed by the United States Senate to serve as directors on the TVA Board of Directors (“Board”). TVA hereby makes this Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K to report that at the Board’s December 30, 2014 public meeting, the Board assigned Director Lodge to serve on the Nuclear Oversight Committee and the People and Performance Committee and assigned Director Walter to serve on the Audit, Risk, and Regulation Committee and the External Relations Committee.
