Item 2.02.   Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On December 10, 2013, Bridgeline Digital, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2013. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
