(b) Included in the press release announcing its second quarter 2014 financial results, on July 24, 2014, Proto Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s chief financial officer, John Judd, will retire by the end of the year. Mr. Judd will continue to serve in his current capacities while an orderly transition is accomplished.
