As announced on 4 April 2018, Smith & Nephew plc (LSE:SN, NYSE:SNN), the global medical technology business, today confirms that on 7 May 2018 Olivier Bohuon stood down from the Board and as Chief Executive Officer and Namal Nawana was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director, joining Smith & Nephew as Chief Executive Officer.
