Item 8.01. Other events of importance to security holders.
On April 29, 2005, the Company issued a news release announcing that it has closed its second 2005 drilling Partnership with $40 million in subscriptions and announcing that it will release 1st Quarter 2005 earnings after the market closes on Thursday, May 5th and conduct a conference call on Monday, May 9th.
