Item 8.01. Other Events
On January 22, 2007, Petroleum Development Corporation will host a conference for equity analysts and institutional investors at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. The Analyst Day, the first in PDC's history, will include comprehensive discussion and overview of the Company's core Rocky Mountain, Appalachian and Michigan operating areas, recent acquisitions, 2007 outlook and corporate strategy, financial and risk management overview, and 2007 guidance. PDC representatives include Steve Williams, Chairman and CEO, Tom Riley, President, Richard McCullough, CFO, Eric Stearns, Executive Vice President Exploration and Production and Celesta Miracle, Vice President Investor Relations and Communications. The Press Release is attached by reference as Exhibit 9.01.
