On January 23, 2007, Occidental Petroleum Corporation issued a press release announcing the launch of a tender offer for its 101/8% Senior Debentures due 2009, 91/4% Senior Debentures due 2019, 8.750% Senior Notes due 2023, 7.200% Senior Debentures due 2028 and 8.450% Senior Notes due 2029.
