On November 29, 2016, Jay Ottoson, President and Chief Executive Officer; Wade Pursell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Herb Vogel, Executive Vice President - Operations; and Newt Newton, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager - Permian, of SM Energy Company (the “Company”), will meet with certain of the Company’s stockholders at the Company’s offices in Midland, Texas. The slides that will be made available at the meeting will be available for viewing at the Company’s website, www.sm-energy.com, beginning on November 29, 2016, although the Company reserves the right to discontinue that availability at any time.
