Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 15, 2005, Mr. Sean E. Menke submitted a letter of resignation from his position as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, such resignation to be effective on July 10, 2005.
