On July 31, 2009, Community Bankers Trust Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share with respect to the Company’s outstanding common stock, payable on August 24, 2009 to stockholders of record as of August 10, 2009. The press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
