On October 15, 2009, Brooks Automation, Inc. (“Brooks” or the “Company”) announced via press release its expected revenue results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009 and revenue guidance for the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
