ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 27, 2005, Cash America International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 and for the full year of 2004.
