    New Long-Term Time Charter for Panamax – Navios Prosperity

On March 12, 2007, Navios issued a press release announcing it has secured a new long-term time charter for its panamax vessel, the Navios Prosperity. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
