New Two-Year Time Charter for the Ultra-Handymax Astra
On July 12, 2007, Navios issued a press release announcing it has secured a new two-year time charter for its ultra-handymax vessel, the Navios Astra. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
