     On January 9, 2007, WebMD Health Corp., an 85.6% owned subsidiary of the Registrant, issued a press release containing information regarding its preliminary results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
