Sandmann is a nine-year employee-partner at Cintas and currently runs one of the largest uniform rental customer routes for Cintas’ rental location in Omaha, Neb.

“I cannot wait to get this incredible Silverado Carhartt Edition truck home and take my family and friends for a ride,” Sandmann said. “When I first heard about this promotion, I was so excited about the possibility of winning this truck that it really drove me to help my customers understand how great Carhartt Company Gear is for their employees. I really can’t believe this has happened! I’m so thankful to work at Cintas and have this kind of opportunity with a terrific brand like Carhartt.”

“The excitement on our SSRs’ faces when they were in Mason for the grand-prize event was all we needed to see to understand how much this meant to them. Carhartt is a tremendous partner for us at Cintas, and we appreciate their willingness to help create a program like this,” said Casey Stoops, Cintas Vice President of Value Improvement Initiatives. “Our SSRs really got behind this promotion and helped educate their customers about the value and durability that Carhartt Company Gear provides.”

“We are grateful to our partners at Cintas who have been helping us outfit businesses and their workers with the highest quality gear,” said Andi Donovan, SVP of Sales at Carhartt. “We’d also like to congratulate all of the finalists – and our grand prize winner – and thank them for their commitment to our Carhartt Company Gear™ product line.”

Cintas is the exclusive provider of Carhartt Rental Workwear, and also offers its customers access to Carhartt’s Company Gear through its direct sale catalogs.

About the Customer Awareness Program

Each Cintas SSR in the U.S. and Canada had the opportunity to participate in customer awareness program. Those SSRs who achieved a specified threshold of Carhartt Company Gear direct sales from the co-branded Cintas Sourcebook earned an entry for a drawing to randomly select 10 contest finalists. The program began on Aug. 3, 2020 and closed on May 31, 2021.

The 10 randomly selected finalists were flown into the Cincinnati area on Thursday-Friday, Sept. 16-17, 2021, for the two-day, grand-prize event at Cintas’ corporate headquarters in Mason, Ohio.

While in the Cincinnati area, the finalists received $1,000 to use at an exclusive shopping event at the Cincinnati Carhartt store, a custom-embroidered Carhartt Legacy Gear Bag, dinner and breakfast with Cintas and Carhartt executives, a tour of Cintas’ company headquarters, and meet and greet opportunities with Cintas President and CEO Todd Schneider and Carhartt President and COO Linda Hubbard.

At the conclusion of the grand-prize event, each finalist selected one box from among 10 on a display on stage. One of the boxes contained the key to the grand prize: the 2021 Silverado Carhartt Edition, which was on-site at the event. After a countdown, all 10 finalists opened their boxes at once and Sandmann threw his arms in the air in excitement upon seeing the key inside his box.
