doola MCP Brings US LLC Formation to Grok Build, Closing the Gap Between Building an App and Owning a Company

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 19, 2026 / doola, the AI Business-in-a-Box™ for global entrepreneurs, announced that its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration is available in Grok Build, xAI's agentic coding platform.

A builder working in Grok Build can now form a US LLC through conversation in the same session they are writing and shipping code in, with doola handling the state filing, the EIN, the registered agent and the business address behind it.

Grok Build's plugin system bundles skills, slash commands and MCP servers into a single install, which is the shape doola's plugin was already built for. Installing it puts doola's formation tools directly in the builder's session. There is no separate dashboard, no second account and no interface to learn. The builder describes what they want, doola runs the filing, and the work continues where it left off. At launch the flow is scoped to Wyoming LLCs.

The pattern doola keeps seeing in agentic environments is that the entity is the last thing anyone thinks about and the first thing that blocks them. A builder can go from prompt to deployed product in an afternoon. The moment that product needs to take money, the questions change: who is the counterparty on the contract, what name goes on the bank account, which EIN does the payment processor want. None of that is a coding problem, and until now none of it could be solved without closing the editor.

"Nobody opens an agentic coding tool wanting to incorporate," said Arjun Mahadevan, Founder and CEO of doola. "They want to build the thing, put it in front of people, and get paid for it. The entity is just the part that stands in the way, so we keep putting it inside the tools where the building actually happens. Grok Build is the latest one. Same session, same conversation, and the company exists by the time you are done."

Grok Build is the newest environment in a rollout that has put doola MCP across most of the places founders now build, after Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Replit, Lovable, Vercel v0 and Cursor. The company says further integrations are in progress as it continues moving formation, banking and compliance into the AI tools founders already use rather than asking them to come to a separate product.

The plugin is available now through the install instructions in doola's MCP documentation at docs.doola.com/mcp/connect.

doola has formed US LLCs for 25,000+ founders in more than 175 countries, including founders without a US Social Security Number or US mailing address, with no US visit required during the process.
