Horton's Hilton Head-Savannah Division is introducing four distinct home collections at Altama, a new master-planned community in Brunswick now selling from the high-$200s. Designed to offer homebuyers greater choice in home style, layout and included features, Altama brings a range of options together within one connected community.

The Haven, Heritage, Manor and Reserve collections include duet villas, 30-foot and 40-foot front-entry homes, and 30-foot rear-entry homes. Together, the four collections offer 17 floor plans for buyers at different stages of life and with a range of design preferences.

The Haven Collection features duet villas with Classic-level included features and a straightforward selection process. The Heritage Collection offers 30-foot front-entry homes, while the Manor Collection features 40-foot front-entry designs. Both provide Signature-level included features with curated interior selections. The Reserve Collection offers 30-foot rear-entry homes with Premier-level included features, elevated finishes and additional design flexibility.

All four collections are designed to make the homebuying experience easier to understand by clearly defining included features, available selections and plan-specific options. Altama is also a natural-gas community, with homes featuring a tankless water heater, gas range and furnace. Features, options, pricing and availability vary by collection and floorplan.

The public will have an opportunity to experience Altama's home designs during the community's Grand Opening on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 226 Tupelo Honey Road in Brunswick. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.

Guests may tour five professionally designed model homes featuring furnishings and décor from Wayfair. The shoppable model home experience allows visitors to view the featured pieces in person and purchase selections for their own homes. The celebration will also include live music, food catered by The Porch, raffle prizes and giveaways.

D.R. Horton also recognizes HIC Land, Thomas & Hutton, Vallencourt Construction and Atlanta Gas Light for their expertise and contributions to the development of Altama.
