Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.25 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2024.

The dividend will be paid on February 12, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2025. Future declarations of dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
