FirstSun Capital Bancorp (Nasdaq: FSUN; “the Company” or “FirstSun”), the financial holding company for Sunflower Bank, N.A., today announced that FirstSun has received approval to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) stock exchange. Trading on Nasdaq is expected to commence on Friday, July 12, 2024 under the Company’s current ticker symbol “FSUN”. Prior to listing on Nasdaq, the Company's shares traded on the OTCQX. Shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the uplisting.
