Prince brings more than 20 years of experience advising developers, investors, family offices, and lenders on complex real estate transactions

Haber Law today announced that prominent real estate attorney Will Prince has joined the Firm as a Partner, bolstering its real estate practice and expanding its capabilities in complex real estate transactions.

With more than 20 years of experience advising clients on complex real estate transactions, financing, and development, Prince's background enhances the Firm's ability to serve developers, investors, and businesses throughout the real estate investment and development lifecycle.

Prince represents developers, family offices, private investors, institutional and private lenders, and operating companies in high-value transactions involving commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. His practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions.

“Will brings an exceptional combination of transactional experience, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the real estate market,” said David Haber, Founder and Managing Partner at Haber Law. “His addition is an important step in the continued growth of our real estate practice, allowing us to provide clients with comprehensive counsel across both the transactional and litigation sides of their real estate investments.”

Prior to joining Haber Law, Prince was a Partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP, a nationally recognized real estate firm where he focused on intricate real estate transactions, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, commercial leasing, and development matters. His experience also includes counseling businesses and investors on corporate governance, joint ventures, and ownership structures.

“I'm excited to join Haber Law and contribute to a team with such a strong reputation in real estate and complex business matters,” said Prince. “Real estate transactions require more than sound legal advice. They demand an understanding of the business objectives behind every deal. I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to help clients identify opportunities, manage risk, and achieve their long-term goals.”

Prince holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He serves on the South Florida and Caribbean Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute and has earned recognition from Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Martindale-Hubbell, where he holds an AV rating.
