ShopEmpire is designed to simplify that production work by turning existing product photography into video.
Explaining how the process works, Napier notes that users begin by choosing a niche and reviewing products surfaced from TikTok Shop, Amazon, and eBay. They can save a selected item as a campaign, attach an affiliate link, and use its listing image as the starting point for a video without filming the product themselves.
The platform features 100 branded templates organized by style, motion category, and output ratio, with users able to preview a template before spending rendering credits. Once an image is uploaded, the AI adjusts positioning, lighting, depth, and movement around the pictured item to generate the video.
“A listing image goes in, a finished branded video comes out,” Napier explains. The format does not require an on-camera presenter, allowing the product itself to remain the focus.
Publishing tools extend the process beyond video creation. ShopEmpire supports scheduling to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, with affiliate links included in captions. Campaign setups can also be saved and reused when preparing videos for additional products.
Alongside affiliate marketers, the software is aimed at agencies and businesses producing videos from their own product catalogs. The introductory package includes 10,000 video credits and a commercial license to sell completed videos to clients. Product tag overlays, buy-now buttons, and output formats for social channels and stores provide further options for preparing the content.
