Plurilock Receives Order from U.S. Defense Contractor for US$418,000

By: Newsfile

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 21, 2021) - Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) and related subsidiaries ("Plurilock" or the "Company"), an identity-centric cybersecurity solutions provider for workforces, has received a multi-year US$418,000 order with a California-based defense contractor.

All contracts and orders announced by Plurilock since April 2021, including the latest order, represent a combined total of roughly US$11.51 million in sales. Plurilock and the defense contractor have a longstanding business relationship, with the Company acting as a cybersecurity advisor for the organization.

In the defense space, organizations are particularly selective in the vendors they entrust to provide them with services, especially with the rise in supply chain attacks engineered by threat actors working with nation-states, such as NotPetya, which caused $10 billion worth of damage and SolarWinds, which had damages worth at least $18 million.1,2

According to the purchase order, this multi-year US$418,000 order is part of a larger three-year agreement for a data governance software suite that includes maintenance support.

"We are pleased to support the defense contractor's mission critical services for several U.S. government and defense agencies," said Ian L. Paterson, CEO of Plurilock. "Given the sensitive nature of their work, it is imperative for them to select trusted, experienced vendors, and we are proud to have met their stringent requirements."
