(TSXV: ALPS.U) (NASDAQ: ALPS) ("Alpine Summit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Alpine Summit's Board of Directors has approved the Company's capital return program for 2023, which consists of i) increasing the existing monthly dividend by 5% and ii) continuing the share buyback program under the previously announced and approved normal course issuer bid.
