"We have always had a more conservative patient base here in between the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area," adds Dr. Chang. "But even though many people in our community aren't as open about having cosmetic procedures as people in Miami or Los Angeles, there is still a fundamental human desire to look good, and to seek out a doctor who is highly skilled in producing beautiful results."
