LANCASTER, PA / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2024 / PennSpring Capital, a people-forward investment firm focused on lower middle market opportunities, is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephen Loiseau as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Loiseau will be responsible for driving both organic and inorganic growth across PennSpring's portfolio companies. His initial focus will be on two key corporate development initiatives: PSST, an ACA compliance software solution headquartered in Louisville, KY, and EHC Associates, an environmental contractor based in Lancaster, PA.
Loiseau brings a diverse and accomplished background in corporate development, investment, and revenue growth. Most recently, he worked as a top-performing sales representative at a Cloud Top 100 start-up, where he was responsible for sourcing high-quality revenue and delivering strong sales performance. Prior to this, Loiseau served as a principal in a real estate investment platform, where he led the sourcing, analysis, contracting, and closing of acquisitions. Within his first ten months, he successfully acquired and developed over $60M in rental assets, leading to a $150M joint venture with a global alternative asset manager.
Loiseau began his professional career in commercial real estate acquisitions with Post Brothers, a premier national luxury mixed-use developer based in Philadelphia. There, he evaluated new markets, underwrote prospective deals, and provided in-depth research on zoning codes and development guidelines.

Loiseau is a graduate of Drexel University, where he captained the men's Division 1 wrestling team and qualified multiple times for the NCAA National Championships. He has also completed New York University's Real Estate Finance and Investment graduate level coursework. Beyond his professional career, Loiseau remains active in the Lancaster community as a coach for Franklin & Marshall University's Division 1 wrestling team. He previously held coaching positions at Millersville University and Lancaster Catholic High School, his alma mater where he was a Pennsylvania state champion.
