Tradmet Limited is a United Kingdom-based metals trading group with extensive expertise in non-ferrous metals. The deal is planned to complete on July 31, 2026.
This strategic expansion strengthens Greenwich Metals' international trading capabilities by combining Tradmet's established commercial relationships, including United Kingdom / European market expertise, with Greenwich Metals' global logistics network, financial strength, and risk management capabilities. The combined organization is positioned to provide customers and suppliers with broader market access, enhanced supply chain solutions and expanded commercial opportunities.
