Mackenzie Hughes Named Chief Executive Officer and Ambassador Mark Dybul, M.D. Named Chairman
Branded Legacy, Inc. (OTC: BLEG) ("Branded Legacy" or the "Company") today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bletchley Robotics, Inc. ("Bletchley Robotics"), a Canadian developer of layered autonomous defense systems focused on AI-commanded interception and survivability solutions for modern aerial and ground threats.
Bletchley Robotics, named for the British base where Allied forces successfully cracked Enigma code machines, is developing a multi-phase layered survivability architecture for autonomous warfare.
The company's initial focus is the LADI-Hornet platform, an upgraded AI-commanded interceptor drone designed for air-to-air engagement against FPV drones, loitering munitions and other low-cost aerial threats. The platform is being developed around operator-authorized autonomous engagement, extended range through air deployment and unit economics targeting approximately $2,000 to $8,000 per interceptor.
Bletchley Robotics has also outlined subsequent development phases that include a UGV ecosystem consisting of the Harvestman, Scarab and Mantis platforms for forward sustainment, casualty evacuation, logistics and position defense, as well as the KADS-Widow close-range hard-kill point-defense layer.
According to independent market intelligence and government budget publications, the global counter-UAS market is projected to grow from approximately $3 billion in 2024 to more than $15 billion by 2030. Defense robotics investment reached approximately $6.7 billion across 138 deals during the trailing 12 months, while the global robotics market is projected to grow from approximately $357 billion in 2025 to between $1.2 trillion and $1.5 trillion by 2030, based on PitchBook 2025 data cited by the Company.
Canada's Defense Industrial Strategy also outlines approximately $81.8 billion in modernization spending from 2025 through 2030. Branded Legacy believes the continued proliferation of low-cost aerial threats, evolving procurement priorities among NATO and allied nations, and advances in commercial sensors, autonomous stacks and additive manufacturing are creating increased demand for scalable and cost effective autonomous defense technologies.
New Management and Advisory Team
Mackenzie Hughes will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the combined company.
Hughes is a Ukrainian Foreign Legion Special Forces veteran and drone-strike survivor who brings direct operational experience as an operator and a target in modern drone warfare. He has established relationships with front-line Ukrainian interceptor engineers and units to support technology transfer and planned battlefield validation.
Ambassador Mark Dybul, M.D. will serve as Chairman. The Company's advisory team also includes:
- Dr. Gennaro Notomista, University of Waterloo - multi-agent autonomy
- Ambassador Mark Dybul, M.D., Georgetown University - Executive Chair
- Mike Holl, Industrial Engineer - manufacturing at scale and ruggedization
In addition, Martin Mills will serve as Director of Business Development, while Victoria Zou will serve as Chief Development Officer. The leadership changes have been submitted to OTC Markets, Inc., which is processing the updates. The Company is also recruiting a Chief Technology Officer and a Department of National Defense procurement lead.

"Modern air-defense economics are structurally broken against mass-produced aerial threats," said Mackenzie Hughes, incoming CEO. "By upgrading proven platforms with AI-commanded engagement and improved propulsion, then expanding into a full layered architecture, Bletchley Robotics aims to deliver field-validated, sovereign capability at a cost point that makes mass deployment realistic. This acquisition positions us to move from stealth development into rapid operational validation."
Branded Legacy said it expects to pursue several additional acquisitions over the next few months, along with a planned name change for the public company. The Company expects these developments to support its transition into the autonomous defense sector while strengthening its ongoing operations.
