CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a 2024 dividend on its outstanding common stock comprised of $0.52 per share in cash and 0.1142 shares per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 20, 2025, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2024 and is intended to satisfy REIT compliance rules that we distribute at least 90% of our REIT taxable income to our shareholders each year.

Shareholders will not be required to take any action in order to receive the stock dividend. After the payment date, shareholders' book entry accounts will be credited with the additional shares representing the stock dividend. Where shares are held in a brokerage account in the name of a broker, the additional shares will be distributed to the broker on the shareholder's behalf. The stock dividend is administered by Computershare, the Company's transfer agent.
