United Comfort Group is a portfolio company of Greenwich, CT-based private equity firm, Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”).

Deepak is a proven executive with a track record of delivering organic growth, building high performing teams, and driving operational excellence in distributed services businesses. Deepak joins UCG from Johnson Controls, where he held a number of leadership positions driving business strategy and transformation initiatives before moving into P&L ownership roles, most recently leading the company’s commercial HVAC, fire, and security service business in Illinois. Previously, Deepak held roles with Ernst & Young Strategy, Accenture Strategy, and Aramark Uniform Services.
