WISeKey Expands its Asian Team by Appointing Ken Chen as Director of Sales for Taiwan
Geneva, Switzerland – April 24, 2023: WISeKey International Holding Ltd. (“WISeKey”) (SIX: WIHN, NASDAQ: WKEY), a leading global cybersecurity, AI and IoT company, announced today the appointment of Ken Chen as Director of Sales in Taiwan, effective immediately. Ken Chen will actively contribute to the expansion of WISeKey business in Asia targeting both the Taiwan OEMs and more particularly ODMs who design and manufacture a significant share of electronic equipment such as IoT for Global OEMs.
Mr. Chen brings over 20 years of senior level sales and channel management experience, specifically in semiconductors, telecoms and AI. Before joining WISeKey, Mr. Chen led Taiwan’s sales team at Maxim Integrated a global manufacturer and distributor of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for the automotive, industrial, communications, consumer, and computing markets. Previously, he served at Ericsson (Taiwan), a multinational networking and telecommunications company as Channel Sales Manager. Mr. Chen holds an M.A. degree from the National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan.
