Among other items, Venu reported revenue of $5.38 million, representing a 1.3% year-over-year decline and missing consensus estimates by $2.05 million. On this news, the price of Venu shares declined by $2.37 per share, or approximately 21.45%, from $11.05 per share on November 14, 2025 to close at $8.68 on November 17, 2025.
