Impact Launchpad Brings #IsThereEnough Delegation to COP 30, Advancing the Global Agenda on Trust, Collaboration, and Implementation

A coalition GROWalition that speaks to #Implementation

-- As the world gathers in Belém for COP 30 under the banner of “From Ambition to Implementation,” the #IsThereEnough delegation, convened by Impact Launchpad in media partnership with Hubcast Media, is making its debut as a coalition of non-state actors committed to building the trust and collaboration necessary to deliver on the world’s sustainability promises.

The delegation unites four pioneering initiatives aligned under Sustainable Development Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals — each addressing the essential ingredient of implementation: agreement.

#IsThereEnough: The Conversation That Builds Collaboration

Making its first appearance at a United Nations Conference, #IsThereEnough introduces a new public conversation on sustainability, trust, and cooperation. Founded on the principles of Buckminster Fuller’s “World Game,” the movement reframes scarcity as a design problem — one solvable through agreement and partnership rather than competition.

As an SDG 17 initiative, #IsThereEnough is creating participatory tools such as the Human Rights Wallet and The Agreement Economy app, designed to help individuals, organizations, and nations build measurable commitments toward shared sufficiency.

“Governments can set new targets, but only people can make new agreement,” said Daniel Matalon, founder of #IsThereEnough and CEO of Impact Launchpad. “Implementation begins when trust becomes a measurable asset — when collaboration is treated as infrastructure, not philosophy.”

Treegens: Planting a Billion Trees in a Day

Leading environmental innovator Jimi Cohen, founder of Treegens, joins the delegation to present The GROWalition — a global mobilization of NGOs, governments, and private actors united around the audacious goal of planting 1 billion trees in 24 hours. Cohen, a world-record holder in tree planting, brings a model of rapid-deployment collaboration that transforms tree planting into a new form of global coordination and regenerative action.

“The climate crisis won’t be solved by any one organisation, one project at a time,” said Jimi Cohen, founder of Treegens. “It will be solved when we take massive action act together — when we align speed, scale, and passion to regenerate our planet as one team.”

SuperCarbon Capital: Financing the Carbon Economy

Marc Diamond, sustainability innovator and founder of SuperCarbon Capital, represents the carbon-finance division of Impact Launchpad. SuperCarbon Capital is pioneering models to power the carbon economy — aligning carbon value with capital performance and supporting projects like Treegens through innovative collateralized systems that make impact finance both measurable and profitable.

“Carbon is the new currency of accountability,” said Marc Diamond, founder of SuperCarbon Capital. “Our mission is to make every dollar of climate finance transparent and transformative.

Hubcast Media: Storytelling for a Planet in Transition

To amplify the delegation’s work, Hubcast Media joins as official media and storytelling partner, producing on-site coverage, interviews, and content from COP 30. Hubcast will document the #IsThereEnough conversation events, and its collaborators, as they model real-time agreement and action in pursuit of implementation.

“Storytelling is implementation,” said Peter Young, Hubcast CEO. “Our cameras and decentralized distribution partners network, with a reach of more than 300 million households, are coordinated to capture what collaboration actually looks like — when innovators, investors, and communities choose to work together.”

A New Model for Non-State Implementation

“Our social impact delegation represents a shift from conversation to agreement and agreement to commitment,” added Matalon. “We are here to model the kind of cross-sector partnership that makes implementation real — where every conversation becomes an intentional act of cooperation.”

The #IsThereEnough delegation will host public dialogues and on-the-ground collaborations throughout COP 30, inviting stakeholders to participate in building the next generation of sustainable agreements — powered by trust, technology, and human cooperation.
