Since personal injury law can be a particularly complicated specialty, an attorney with an extensive background in complex litigation is uniquely positioned to handle nuanced injury cases. That’s why LifeLaw is proud to welcome Jared Inouye as its newest personal injury attorney. With over 18 years of commercial litigation experience, Inouye is qualified to handle even the most complex personal injury cases.
LifeLaw represents residents of the greater Salt Lake City area in personal injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and motor vehicle accident cases. In addition to serving as a personal injury attorney, Inouye has represented clients in contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment law cases. He has extensive courtroom litigation experience in both state and federal courts and is an exceptionally skilled negotiator.
Inouye graduated from the J.Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. After working as a law clerk for a Federal District and Bankruptcy Court judge in Nevada and at a prominent national firm, Inouye joined Salt Lake City law firm Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere. Inouye spent 18 years at the firm as a commercial litigation attorney and equity partner and still remains of-counsel at the prominent firm.
“Personal injury law influences and is impacted by many types of law, so Jared’s incredible depth of experience in different fields enables him to understand complexities and negotiation techniques that many attorneys in this field do not. We know he will be a tremendous asset to our team of personal injury attorneys,” said Matthew Johnson, LifeLaw Director of Litigation.
Inouye joins other LifeLaw accident injury attorneys in his love of the outdoors. This includes LifeLaw’s Director of Claims, David Francis, who was a member of the U.S. Cycling Team, competing alongside teammates like Lance Armstrong and Jonathan Vaughters. Inouye is an avid runner and mountaineer and holds the record for the fastest known time ascending and skiing the Grand Teton on skis.
