Judge upholds Monsanto verdict, slashes $289 million award

A San Francisco judge on Monday upheld a verdict that found Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide caused a groundskeeper’s cancer, but she cut the amount of money to be paid from $289 million to $78 million, according to the Associated Press.
