In Mollie Tibbetts case, judge denies new trial request for killer

An Iowa judge on Monday denied a request for a new trial by a man convicted of 2018 killing Mollie Tibbetts, a University of Iowa student whose body was found in a cornfield weeks after she vanished while going on a run.
