Bulgarians protest during US Defense Sec. Austin's visit, PM says no Ukraine military aid

Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov says he will not send military assistance to Ukraine as protests gathered for his press conference with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
